Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The DDPS 4 candidate will assist the Community Bridge Deputy Director to provide administrative support in the management of critical state operated residential services for Sunmount DDSO. The successful candidate will have administrative responsibility for covering; (33) SOIRA's; (1) Respite house/program and (2) State Day Habilitation Programs covering in 6 counties (Clinton; Essex; Franklin; Hamilton; Jefferson; and St. Lawrence), along with oversight of Family Care. The chosen candidate must have assurance that direct support resources are used efficiently and effectively. In addition, the DDPS IV plays a critical role in emergency preparedness, local policy and procedure development and labor-management issues. o Ensures that staff resources and fiscal resources are appropriately distributed and utilized by the Teams. o Ensure that the residences comply with applicable regulations and programs are properly maintained o Participates as a member of the Executive level leadership team for Sunmount o Reviews incident reports, and investigation summaries for accuracy and completeness, and for appropriate corrective action. Develop protective measures as needed. Participation in the weekly LIR (local Incident Review). o Supervision of 6 Community Treatment Team Leaders o Make regular and frequent visits to all sites o Conduct routine Management Team meetings. o Participation in the Placement Focus Group with Regional Office o Review/respond CMOR reviews o Review/respond to OFPC & DQI reviews o Review/respond to TTL site reviews o Participate as a member of the Work Place Violence Task Force o Participate as a member of the Health & Safety Committee o Meet as scheduled with QM and Maintenance to address physical plant issues noted during surveys o Respond to Johnathan Law Requests o Review Minor Trend Reports - Monthly/Annually o Foster positive working relationships with all voluntary agencies that provide programs to individuals who reside in the Sunmount Residential Program o Foster positive working relationship with CAB advocates o Oversight of IPSIDD clinicians o AOD duties as scheduled o Other duties as assigned

Salary Range:
From $105500 to $133319 Annually

Qualifications:
Any current DDPS 4 Any permanent employee eligible for a 70.1 transfer. Anyone eligible to take the Civil Service examination for DDPS 4 Promotional Opportunities:

Qualifications:
You must be a qualified employee of the New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities and have had one year of permanent competitive service or 55-b/55-c service as a Developmental Disabilities Program Specialist 2, Treatment Team Leader (Developmental Disabilities), or Mental Hygiene Nursing Program Coordinator.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
