Treatment Team Leader


Primary Duties and Responsibilities
o Under the supervision of the Community DDPS 4, the Treatment Team Leader is responsible for all clinical, programmatic and administrative functions relating to the operation of SOIRAs and Day Habs to which he/she is assigned o To work as a team member with the other community Treatment Team Leaders in the Sunmount Community District o Responsible for ensuring the health & safety of all individuals o Interfaces with voluntary providers of day programs and CCOs o Interfaces with families, advocates, correspondents and community organizations (such as fire departments) o Plan, organize and supervise Residential Services and ensures programs meet and exceed all applicable Federal, State and Local regulations o Participates in writing and reviewing Sunmount Policies and Procedures as assigned o Serves as Administrator on Duty o Completes investigations as assigned o Serves on committees as assigned by supervisor o Supervises clinical & support staff as assigned o Participates in the writing of Plans of Corrective Action following surveys o Franklin and Clinton County assignment; other assignments as needed o Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Salary Range:
From $85713 to $108342 Annually

Qualifications:
You must be a qualified employee of the New York State Office For People With Developmental Disabilities and have had twelve months permanent competitive or 55-b/55-c service in one of the titles (including parenthetic) listed below:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
